Hamilton Center Programs
The Hamilton Center Foundation supports the programs of Hamilton Center. The organization services 10 counties in Indiana including Clay, Greene, Hendricks, Marion, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo.
Serves approximately 12,000 clients annually. About 4,000 of those clients are children.
Made up of a team of 600 staff including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, care managers and nurses across the region.
More than 80% of clients report incomes below the federal poverty level; Hamilton Center provides approximately $5 million of charity care annually.
Runs several State and Federal grants/programs including Early Head Start, Healthy Families and others in conjunction with Indiana Department of Child Services, SAMHSA, Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) and others.
A licensed Community Mental Health Provider for the state of Indiana. Accredited by CARF. A Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and a FQHC Look-Alike.
Offers the full range of behavioral health and addiction services to people during their entire life cycle – birth through older adulthood.
Provides community outreach/education and prevention services such as Mental Health First Aid and prevention programs in schools.
